Shipping – Returns

 

All returns should include the original packing slip. If there are several items on the list, please circle the item being returned with a note stating the reason it’s coming back. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include your Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item Description and a Reason for the Return. Returns on unworn/ unwashed items with tags attached are accepted within 15 days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE 15 DAY WINDOW. Any returns showing obvious signs of wear/damage will not be accepted for store credit. You will be charged the additional shipping fee to return any non-sellable item.

 

Acceptable returns will be issued store credit applied to the original purchaser.

           

You will be issued a Virtual Gift Card for accepted returns. A NEW order should be placed for a different size and/or different item.

            We are NOT responsible for shipping charges on returns

Jewelry, hats, intimates, bodysuits and/or any sale/discounted items are all    “Final Sales” that can’t be returned.

We DO NOT cancel orders once they are placed.

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Rates are automatically added at checkout.

Remember, once your package ships it’s out of our control and is the responsibility of the USPS or UPS. Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your order. When necessary, we will do our best to help with tracking, however tracking information is provided when each package is shipped.

All orders ship within 5-7 business days, usually 2-3 days unless otherwise stated.
